Customer & User Experience Expo to make London debut

The Customer & User Experience Expo is set to make its London debut at ExCeL on the 27th & 28th March 2019.

The Expo equips visitors with the tools, techniques and systems that are currently revolutionising the CX and UX world, with over 150 experts on hand with the best customer and user experience guidance available.

Influential speakers in the CX and UX industry, from the likes of John Lewis, Auto Trader and the NHS, will be at the Expo to develop visitors’ knowledge on specific topics and harness the latest advice.

Nick Irons, Lead UX Designer at John Lewis, will use a heuristic approach to illustrate some of the mistakes that are commonly made in UX & UI design, and how these can damage careers or business success.

Insight Director at Auto Trader, Nick King, will explain how the exponential growth of technology can bring new opportunities, and will talk visitors through the journey of engaging with online customers.

Nikki Patel, Head of Evaluation for Digital Development at NHS England, will take a look at developments in the NHS and the direction of travel for the future of CX.

The Customer & User Experience Expo will also give visitors unprecedented access to the Call & Contact Centre Expo, B2B Marketing Expo, Marketing Technology Expo and Sales Innovation Expo – a combined lineup of 1,000 cutting-edge exhibitors, 500 educational seminars and 200 interactive masterclasses.
